Crane inverter: The inverter is intended for Rev (speed) control of the electromotor. Inverter are used  for crane motors for dual speed with the possibility of adjusting the speed according to project requirements and preventing any shock, vibration and impact stress to the structure.

Drives increase the life span of motors. Cranes operate with drive system unlike cranes that operate with contactors have a very soft, silent system, moving and stopping at the lowest anchor load when moving equipments. Crane load limiter: Overloading the crane’s capacity causes damage to the crane’s motors. The crane load limiters are used for high safety and to control the amount of load allowed by the crane to be lifted up. The limiters are both electric and mechanical which are used in crane power circuit.

The crane load limiter is applicable to all types of electric cranes and is adjusted by adjusting the allowable load relative to the crane’s lifting capacity and prevents lifting of objects exceeding the designated weight and prevents accidents such as wire rupture, and thus preventing the fall of loads.

Crane motion limiter: Crane motion limiter is one of the most important parts in the crane manufacturing industry. This system is used to limit the movement of cranes width and lengthwise across the salon. The safety and precision of this piece are very important in this industry. Cross and roller type are the limiters that are mostly used in cranes.

Bumpers: The bumpers are used in all cranes and are designed at the bottom of the crane to prevent strokes and prevent damage to the crane and structures during any impact.

Winch: The winch is divided into two batches and four batches, which are used in proportion to their capacity.

  • Normal quadruple hoist: With these motorized trolleys, these winches can move up left and right (4 directions) along the girder. These winches can be supplied up to a capacity of 20 tons depending on the crane span

  • Double hoists: Two-way hoists are active in both directions (up and down) and are used in two-girder cranes. These winches are mounted on a rack and work in a four-way direction that can be mounted in a fixed point and act as a double winch.

Crane Magnet or Magnet hoist: One of the components of a magnet crane, also known as magnetic lifters, is to lift metal objects into two types of hand-held and electric-type handrails for low capacities and its electrical type is used for high capacities.
The magnet used in the alloy magnet lift is neodymium called boron neodymium. Neodymium is a magnet that has the highest and most stable magnetic property in the sense that it does not diminish its magnetic force over time.

Crane Pendant Scale: The pendant crane is the same as the roof scales. It is easily mounted on a crane and can be lifted up with a hook that can be viewed on the screen. These scales can  be supplied in the form of remotely and wirelessly types .

Crane Steering Wheel: The steering wheel is used move the crane has two models , single-speed and two-speed that are defined by the type of crane in two, four and six-wheel motors. The keys can move the crane in the desired direction at the same time.

Crane hooks: Hawks are usually used for lifting heavy loads that reduce the risk of overturning, falling, tensile and bending loads. Crane hooks have different types of capacity and dimensions.

C-rails: C-rails are a linear means of transmission used in a variety of cranes. The rails are of the galvanized type that is installed throughout the hall to transmit electricity.

Crane Remote Control: Remote control is one of the essential equipment in the crane which protects the operator and equipment and also increases the speed of material transfer due to better control of the operator. The controls are about 100 meters long and can be used in places where there are obstacles to maneuver the operator and can be supplied in a conventional and anti explosive model.

Crane rails: The crane rails are generally divided into two types of quadrilateral and rail, which can be offered in different sizes.

Towing cable Guide: Towing cable guide is used in hoist whose job is to properly mount the towing cable on the drum while lifting the load.

Chain hoist: These hoists have two types of manual and electric lifts. This type of lift due to the high chain space, its construction is limited by capacity (1 ton to 30 ton). They are smaller and lighter in weight and have a lot of use in areas where there is scarcity of space.

Towing Lifts: Towing lifts are one of the best-selling types of lifts. These lifts have a longer life span than the other lifts, with two types (up and down) and four (up, down, left and right). Single speed and dual speed, and also available in different capacities to our dear customers.

Crane siren: The crane siren is to inform employees of the start of the crane work, which informs the staff about the movement of the crane and prevents equipment from colliding with the staff. This type of siren is on the crane and can be mounted on cranes with optical alarms. All OVERLOAD crane systems of the company are equipped with an alarm system (overload).

Limit switches and antiseptic switches: When the number of cranes is more than one in a track, this segment is used to limit the movement of the crane at the beginning and end of the route.
